Payments and Refunds

We reserve the right to change our pricing and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to our refund policy. No refunds will be provided after 30 days from the initial purchase.

Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you by these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario to resolve any dispute arising out of your use of the Services or these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Services after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
